The Koran talks about faces.
Faces – Turning Away
And We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness.
And when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur’ān, they turn back in aversion.
Koran 17:46
And when they see you, [O Muḥammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], “Is this the one whom Allāh has sent as a messenger?
Koran 25:41
36:13 And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it – 14 When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened [them] with a third, and they said, “Indeed, we are messengers to you.”
Koran 36:13-14
And they say, “Our hearts are within coverings [i.e., screened] from that to which you invite us, and in our ears is deafness, and between us and you is a partition, so work; indeed, we are working.”
Koran 41:5
And when it is said to them, “Come, the Messenger of Allāh will ask forgiveness for you,” they turn their heads aside and you see them evading while they are arrogant.
Koran 63:5
Faces – Turned Away
And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [enjoining upon them], “Do not worship except Allāh; and to parents do good and to relatives, orphans, and the needy. And speak to people good [words] and establish prayer and give zakāh.”
Then you turned away, except a few of you, and you were refusing.
Koran 2:83
Then, you are those [same ones who are] killing one another and evicting a party of your people from their homes, cooperating against them in sin and aggression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their eviction was forbidden to you.
So do you believe in part of the Scripture and disbelieve in part?
Then what is the recompense for those who do that among you except disgrace in worldly life; and on the Day of Resurrection they will be sent back to the severest of punishment. And Allāh is not unaware of what you do.
Koran 2:85
And whenever a sūrah is revealed, they look at each other, [as if saying], “Does anyone see you?” and then they dismiss themselves.
Allāh has dismissed their hearts because they are a people who do not understand.
Koran 9:127
Faces – Obliterated and Reversed
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers.
And ever is the matter [i.e., decree] of Allāh accomplished.
Koran 4:47
The reversal here is that the turned-away faces are reversed – Muhammad’s tribe turn back to him after turning away. No magical curse, simply people who have turned away, returning to Muhammad.
Faces – Dark
On the Day faces will turn white and faces will turn black.
As for those whose faces turn black, “Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject.”
Koran 3:106
And on the Day of Resurrection you will see those who lied about Allāh their faces blackened.
Is there not in Hell a residence for the arrogant?
Koran 39:60
But they who have earned evil doings – the recompense of an evil deed is its equivalent, and humiliation will cover them.
They will have from Allāh no protector.
It will be as if their faces are covered with pieces of the night – so dark.
Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
Koran 10:27
80:40 And [other] faces, that Day, will have upon them dust.
41 Blackness will cover them.
Koran 80:40-41
Faces – Seared
The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles.
Koran 23:104
Don’t think too much about how Muhammad knows that faces have taut smiles.
Faces – Distressed
But when they see it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, “This is that for which you used to call.”
Koran 67:27
Faces – Bright
3:106 On the Day faces will turn white and faces will turn black.
As for those whose faces turn black, “Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject.”
107 But as for those whose faces turn white, [they will be] within the mercy of Allāh.
They will abide therein eternally.
Koran 3:106-107
faces, that Day, will be radiant,
Koran 75:22
You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure.
Koran 83:24
Faces – Flipped
The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, “How we wish we had obeyed Allāh and obeyed the Messenger.”
Koran 33:66
Conclusion
In early verses of the Koran, Muhammad’s tribe turns away from him. In the latter verses, Muhammad’s tribe is forced to turn and face him in Muhammad’s revenge fantasy. Of course, this never happens. Muhammad and his tribe are all dust, dust in the wind of the desert.

Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
