A Time for Peace
I object, O Pharah! We should not fight against the Jews or the other Arab tribes! All war does is ruin both sides. We should trade and make money instead! Those men who foolishly raided the Jews? They deserve their enslavement! They attacked like bandits. They should be glad that the Jews offered them mercy.
I say “No!” to your ransom tax, Pharaoh! If you want to free your men, trade your slaves for your men. Or use your own fortune to ransom them. Show them you value them, rather than wanting the common folk here to pay for their mistakes.
