Koran 60:4-6

60:4 There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, “Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone” – except for the saying of Abraham to his father, “I will surely ask forgiveness for you, but I have not [power to do] for you anything against Allah. Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination. 5 Our Lord, make us not [objects of] torment for the disbelievers and forgive us, our Lord. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”

6 There has certainly been for you in them an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day.

And whoever turns away – then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

Koran 60:4-6

This is another story of Abraham among the several stories of Abraham Muhammad placed in his Koran. For more, read: Genesis Rabbah 38:13.

Note that Abraham in Torah and the Bible completely abandoned the worship of idols, all of the idols. Muhammad shows that it’s he, Muhammad, who is “playing” as Abraham here, carrying on the worship of Allah, the chief idol, and abandoning the worship of Allah’s daughters. From worship of these idols:

Al Lat, Al Uzza, Lion, Allah (Al Lah, Hubaal, Baal and Sin) and Manat, with the Sun goddess in the background arch

To the worship of just one idol, Allah:

Allah, the dead, broken, stone idol, in Mecca, Petra, Jordan.

No matter how desperately Muhammad the Mad wanted it, an idol with daughters who are idols isn’t a real god. He, Allah, is simply an idol just like his daughters, imaginary, fictional and false.

You can also tell from the “speech” of “Abraham” that this is the speech of Muhammad, denying the worship of the daughters of Allah, but not the worship of the idol, Allah, father of the daughters, Al Lat, Al Uzza and Manat. Read for yourself: “Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah.” Notice the demand of Muhammad to the Quraysh (while pretending to be Abraham): “until you believe in Allah alone”. The Quraysh already believed in Allah and his daughters – separating Allah from his daughters and his wife, the sun goddess, makes no sense, and shows that Muhammad didn’t bother to test Allah, to see if he was the same as his daughters, an idol, carved by humans, as he was. Remember, Abraham totally abandoned the worship of idols, realising that all of them were false.

Also note that Muhammad considered himself tormented by the Quraysh: “make us not [objects of] torment for the disbelievers”. Consider Abraham, who travelled across the Middle East with his relatives, and never suffered from “torment” from the people of Ur anymore. This, together with the prayer for “Abraham’s” father, or rather Muhammad, for his loved relative who remained a polytheist, shows that this is about Muhammad’s life, pretending to be Abraham, not about Abraham. So, you can tell that Muhammad the Mad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
