Koran 51:38-46

51:38 And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.

39 But he turned away with his supporters and said, “A magician or a madman.”

40 So We took him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, and he was blameworthy.

41 And in ʿAad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind.

42 It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins.

43 And in Thamūd, when it was said to them, “Enjoy yourselves for a time.”

44 But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on.

45 And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.

46 And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient.

Koran 51:38-46

Muhammad commits shirk with: “We”, “Us” or “Our”, placing Allah as a companion to himself, showing that Allah is incoherent, imaginary, and fictional, and so Islam is incoherent with monotheism, thus Islam is contradictory and false.

This is Muhammad name-dropping badly, pretending that the prophets of the past were prophets of Allah, when in fact they were prophets of YHWH or other gods or not even prophets.

The people of Moses weren’t the people of Pharaoh, but the Israelites, who Moses led to the promised land, Israel; they weren’t exterminated by “We”.

Worse, notice the strange reply of Pharaoh with: “A magician or a madman.” This is what the Quraysh leader calls Muhammad. Not what Pharaoh calls Moses. In this story, Muhammad has inserted himself and made verse 40 his own revenge fantasy, and has included the Quraysh leader’s reply. For more, see: Story of Moses.

But, Infidel, Allah cast down Pharaoh and his soldiers! But they weren’t the people of Moses. So obviously this doesn’t apply.

In verses 41-42, Muhammad forgets who the prophet’s name is supposed to be (it’s Muhammad). It’s Hud, in the Story of Hud.

In verses 43-45, Muhammad again forgets who the prophet’s name is supposed to be (it’s Muhammad). It’s Saleh in the Story of Saleh.

In verse 46, Muhammad forgets what the disaster of Noah was, a flood, and doesn’t realise that Noah wasn’t a prophet to the people. For more, see: Story of Noah.

But there’s an even bigger problem – where’s the mention of Shuaib and the people of Madyan? I suggest it’s missing and used to be just after verse 44 and before verse 45. Like this:

51:41 And in ʿAad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind.

42 It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins.

43 And in Thamūd, when it was said to them, “Enjoy yourselves for a time.”

44 But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on.

[Missing verse about Shuaib and the people of Madyan here.]

45 And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.

Koran 51:41-45

Why this way? Notice that Muhammad often refers to Hud, Saleh, and Shuaib, and here he misses out Shuaib. With something about Shuaib and the people of Madyan, the pattern of the verses fits better. This could be a scribal problem that was simply never noticed. Or it could be the incompetence of Muhammad again.

Either way, these problems of competence show that Muhammad is Allah and Allah is Muhammad, and so Islam and the Koran are false. And worse, they’re all effectively vague threats to the Quraysh about a disaster which Muhammad is unwilling to describe, and far worse, it was Muhammad and his Muslim bandits who were the disaster that came to Mecca, nothing from imaginary Allah.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
