Koran 41:30-32

41:30 Indeed, those who have said, “Our Lord is Allah” and then remained on a right course –

the angels will descend upon them, [saying], “Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised. 31 We [angels] were your allies in worldly life and [are so] in the Hereafter. And you will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish] 32 As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful.”

Koran 41:30-32

Muhammad makes an obvious false prophecy. All the people that Muhammad spoke about have died, and nothing has happened for 1400 years. No angels descending upon them.

And note the brief requirements here to be a Muslim, say: “Our Lord is Allah” and “then remained on a right course”. Nothing about the five pillars of Islam. Nothing about the Shahada, nothing about believing in Allah, Muhammad, the other prophets, etc.

Notice the huge speech by the angels, instead of the words of Allah. And of course, no angels are the allies of Muslims in life.

There’s needless repetition:

And you will have therein whatever your souls desire,…

…and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish]…

Excerpts, Koran 41:30-32

The translators had to help out Muhammad by adding in “[Lord who is]”. Obviously this is incompetence on the part of the angels, Allah and Muhammad, when merely human translators have to help out.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
