This is a “Muqattaʿat” or Mysterious Letters. As the Koran is supposedly the clear and perfect words of perfect Allah as recorded in perfect Allah’s perfect Qur’an, this sentence should not exist in Muhammad’s Koran, as they are not clear and they are not capable of being translated into English words. Thus, the best replacement is: “”, the empty sentence.

Later, I discovered that if you combine these three Arabic letters as one word, it translates to the English word “pain”. Is this the title of this chapter? Could be. It’s obviously a corruption.
