Koran 23:23-30

23:23 And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, “O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?”

24 But the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, “This is not but a man like yourselves who wishes to take precedence over you; and if Allah had willed [to send a messenger], He would have sent down angels. We have not heard of this among our forefathers. 25 He is not but a man possessed with madness, so wait concerning him for a time.”

26 [Noah] said, “My Lord, support me because they have denied me.”

27 So We inspired to him, “Construct the ship under Our observation, and Our inspiration, and when Our command comes and the oven overflows, put into the ship from each [creature] two mates and your family, except those for whom the decree [of destruction] has proceeded. And do not address Me concerning those who have wronged; indeed, they are to be drowned. 28 And when you have boarded the ship, you and those with you, then say, ‘Praise to Allah who has saved us from the wrongdoing people.’ 29 And say, ‘My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the best to accommodate [us].'”

30 Indeed in that are signs, and indeed, We are ever testing [Our servants].

Koran 23:23-30

Muhammad commits shirk with: “We”, “Us” or “Our”, placing Allah as a companion to himself, showing that Allah is incoherent, imaginary, and fictional, and so Islam is incoherent with monotheism, thus Islam is contradictory and false.

This is another story of Allah, starring Muhammad as Noah, and the Quraysh people as the people Noah didn’t talk to. For more, read Story of Noah.

Note that Muhammad doesn’t understand the original story of Noah. Instead, “Noah’s”, or rather Muhammad’s, people are the Quraysh. Their leader points out the facts that Muhammad wants to take “precedence” over the Quraysh, as the priest of Allah, like his nominal father. Notice that the Quraysh leader believes in Allah, and “knows” that Allah would surely send an angel to them to communicate changes. The Quraysh leader points out that previous generations didn’t know that their polytheism was false, and this would also agree with Muhammad’s nominal father who would have worked together with the other religious leaders in their polytheism. So, the Quraysh leader points out the madness of Muhammad, in not being able to back up his words with evidence and pretending to be Noah, when he’s plainly Muhammad.

The phrase “so wait concerning him for a time.” is explained by Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 23:23, as:

…wait until he [Muhammad] dies, put up with him until you are rid of him.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 23:23

This is either a mercy, ignoring and shunning of Muhammad, or perhaps a mention of a plot to murder Muhammad for being inconvenient, or it could even be both.

Then note, what happens to Noah or rather Muhammad – “Allah” or “We” relates the rest of the story of Noah to Muhammad. Nothing happens. There’s no gathering of animals. No building of a ship. No flooding. Nothing happens. It’s just Muhammad that floats away in a flood of madness.

Muhammad being crazy

Indeed, in that, there’s a sign, that Muhammad is mad, manic and crazy, pretending to be the prophets of the past.

Another example, “the oven overflows”, seems entirely out of place. Nothing in Tafsir about this. Just a corrupt repetition of the same phrase from earlier in the Koran:

[So it was], until when Our command came and the oven overflowed, We said, “Load upon the ship of each [creature] two mates and your family, except those about whom the word has preceded, and [include] whoever has believed.”

But none had believed with him, except a few.

Koran 11:40

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
