Koran 20:123-127

123 [Allah] said, “Descend from Paradise – all, [your descendants] being enemies to one another. And if there should come to you guidance from Me – then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray [in the world] nor suffer [in the Hereafter]. 124 And whoever turns away from My remembrance – indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind.”

125 He will say, “My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?”

126 [Allah] will say, “Thus did Our signs come to you, and you forgot them; and thus will you this Day be forgotten.”

127 And thus do We recompense he who transgressed and did not believe in the signs of his Lord. And the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe and more enduring.

Koran 20:123-127

Notice how in this book supposedly coming from Allah, Allah is quoting himself. And who to? No one. Muhammad is unable to even name who the “He” is. Note the sexism of Islam, women are not important.

Also, note the sudden switch from Adam (and Eve) to Muhammad ranting about the leader of his tribe and Muhammad’s false prophecy about the “Day”.

Note that the “Our signs” seem to imply the everyday “miracles” of life and nature, but as Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 20:123, makes clear, the “signs” are actually the verses of Muhammad in his recitation, Muhammad’s Koran:

20:126 (Allah) will say: “Like this Our Ayat (verses) came unto you, but you disregarded them, and so this Day, you will be neglected.”

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 20:123

Let’s remind ourselves that, according to Islamic doctrine, Allah’s verses only go to Jibril, then to Muhammad, and Muhammad tells these verses to his scribe and some of his Muslim bandits. Only occasionally does Muhammad bother to recite these verses to the Quraysh. Thus, Muhammad is caught lying here, presuming that Allah speaks to everyone when clearly Allah does not. And obviously, Muhammad is not a prophet or messenger here, so he is obviously a false prophet and false messenger. Worse, this conversation here is obviously Muhammad enacting a revenge fantasy here, against a member of the Quraysh tribe. This is offensive, unseemly and ignorant, showing that Islam is local to Muhammad, and thus false.

Note that I’ve combined the following verse, Koran 20:127, with this passage, as it’s clearly a follow-up on Muhammad’s revenge fantasy.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
