16:73 And they worship besides Allah that which does not possess for them [the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth at all, and [in fact], they are unable.
74 So do not assert similarities to Allah.
Indeed, Allah knows and you do not know.
Koran 16:73-74
Muhammad, in his Koran, addresses a sentence, verse, or passage to “Anonymous They”, with “they”, “them”, “he”, “your”, “the people”, and so on, without naming them. For more, read Anonymous They.
Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.
The Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 16:73, makes the anonymous “they” much clearer than Muhammad, or Muhammad pretending to be Allah, could with:
Allah tells us about the Mushrikin who worship others besides Him, even though He alone is the bountiful Provider, the Creator and Sustainer, without partners or associates, but they still worship idols and make rivals for Him.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 16:73

The anonymous “they” are the Quraysh, who already worshipped Allah as part of their pantheon. They complained about Muhammad in Muhammad’s Koran:
38:4 And they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves. And the disbelievers say, “This is a magician and a liar. 5 Has he made the gods [only] one God? Indeed, this is a curious thing.”
Koran 38:4-5
Interestingly, the scholars agree with Muhammad that nobody causes rain to fall or makes plants and trees grow.
(such as do not have power to grant them any provision from the heavens or the earth)
meaning, nobody can cause rain to fall, or make plants and trees grow.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 16:73
This means that Allah doesn’t do this either, despite being the rain god and IDOL for the Quraysh.

Stone idols, like Allah, do not “cause rain to fall, or make plants and trees grow.” Notice how Muhammad fails to make the assertion (and lie) that Allah has “[the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth”.
Muhammad demands: “So do not assert similarities to Allah.” Yet, note that Muhammad defaults to showing Allah is the same as the idols. Muhammad is showing the similarities between Allah and the idols, showing that they’re the same, stone idols, of no worth, just like Abraham did with his father’s idols. For more, see Story of Abraham.
Muhammad makes a threat: “Indeed, Allah knows and you do not know.” And we know that Muhammad was unable to make the assertion that Allah causes the rain and makes plants grow.

Simply by spreading wheat grains on a tray and sprinkling with water, we let the seeds germinate and grow. The water sprinkling was caused by us, not Allah. The growth was a consequence of the cells in the seeds filling with water and growing. No Allah needed.
The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
