Koran 10:79-83

10:79 And Pharaoh said, “Bring to me every learned magician.”

80 So when the magicians came, Moses said to them, “Throw down whatever you will throw.”

81 And when they had thrown, Moses said, “What you have brought is [only] magic. Indeed, Allah will expose its worthlessness. Indeed, Allah does not amend the work of corrupters. 82 And Allah will establish the truth by His words, even if the criminals dislike it.”

83 But no one believed Moses, except [some] youths among his people, for fear of Pharaoh and his establishment that they would persecute them.

And indeed, Pharaoh was haughty within the land, and indeed, he was of the transgressors

Koran 10:79-83

Note the missing period at the end of verse 83. Later, in the “Saheeh International” translation, this problem was fixed. Criticism does work.

Notice the differences in this version of the story of Moses here, in Koran 10:79-83, with the story of Moses in Koran 7:103-126. Muhammad in this story forgets about the snakes that appeared from the staves of the magicians of Pharaoh and forgets that Moses countered with a larger snake:

Snakes and snake charmers are “throwing down”.
A larger snake, missing from Muhammad’s story.

So Moses threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent, manifest.

Koran 7:107

…and when they threw, they bewitched the eyes of the people and struck terror into them, and they presented a great [feat of] magic.

Koran 7:116

As you can see, this version of the story of Moses and the Snakes is summarised badly and Muhammad forgets to mention the snakes except as magic.

But, infidel, there are no snakes in verse 7:116! Let’s compare with the story in Exodus, to view what Muhammad has abstracted away, or worse, forgot:

10 So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and did just as the Lord commanded. Aaron threw his staff down in front of Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a snake. 11 Pharaoh then summoned wise men and sorcerers, and the Egyptian magicians also did the same things by their secret arts: 12 Each one threw down his staff and it became a snake. But Aaron’s staff swallowed up their staffs.

NIV Exodus 7:10-12

But, but, infidel, Muhammad’s Koran abrogates the Scripture! Muhammad’s Koran?

But, but, but, infidel Allah’s Qur’an abrogates the Scripture! So what happened to the snake of Moses then?

So Moses threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent, manifest.

Koran 7:107

And note in the Torah and Bible story, it’s the staff of Aaron, not Moses, that is changed into a snake.

But, infidel, that’s corruption in the Scripture! Let’s remember that the story of Moses and the Snakes is in the Torah and Bible once (each), yet, here I’ve shown that Muhammad repeats the story twice, and gets it wrong both times.

Note also Muhammad’s bad argument against the snakes of the magicians, declaring they’re merely magic, and claims that Allah will “expose its worthlessness”, yet, Allah doesn’t do this. But, in the Torah and Bible story, you see that the snakes of the magicians are consumed by the snake from the staff of Aaron, demonstrating the power of God (not Allah) over the magicians.

But, Infidel, the magicians are proven false earlier! Indeed in Koran 7:118-122, they were:

118 So the truth was established, and abolished was what they were doing. 119 And Pharaoh and his people were overcome right there and became debased. 120 And the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah]. 121 They said, “We have believed in the Lord of the worlds, 122 The Lord of Moses and Aaron.”

Koran 7:118-122

So remember what happens earlier to Pharaoh, his people, and the Magicians and compare it with:

But no one believed Moses, except [some] youths among his people, for fear of Pharaoh and his establishment that they would persecute them.

Excerpt, Koran 10:83

So who are the magicians? They’re Muhammad’s men, the “youths among his people”, pretending to be the mages with staves that become snakes. How do I know this? They “fell down in prostration [to Allah].” In other words, to Muhammad. They’re worshipping Muhammad, exactly as warned earlier, by “Pharaoh”:

“And we are not believers in you.”

Excerpt, Koran 10:78

But, Infidel, they can’t be! Consider, were they prostrating to Pharaoh? Obviously not. Remember, they’re all with Pharaoh, in his room. To the black stone in the Kaaba, in Petra or Saudi Arabia? Obviously not. Thus, who else, but Muhammad AKA Allah? Even the translator makes this clear by adding in “[to Allah]”.

120 And the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah]. 121 They said, “We have believed in the Lord of the worlds, 122 The Lord of Moses and Aaron.”

Koran 7:120-122

Obviously, Muhammad is again incoherent. The story in this passage is abstracted and indirectly refers to the earlier story in Koran 7:103-126 while being incoherent and nonsensical in the results.

So which story of Muhammad is right? They both can’t be right and they contradict each other, and they differ from the standard of the Torah and Bible. This shows that Muhammad is incoherent and forgetful, which means that Allah is imaginary, which means that Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false. So the best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
