Koran 5:106-108

5:106 O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest – [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you.

Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], “We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful.”

107 But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right.

And let them swear by Allah, “Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers.”

108 That is more likely that they will give testimony according to its [true] objective, or [at least] they would fear that [other] oaths might be taken after their oaths.

And fear Allah and listen; and Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.

Koran 5:106-108

Muhammad, ad nauseam: “who have believed”. Read, O you who have believed.

Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.

Muhammad admits that death is bad with: “the disaster of death”. Surely according to Islam and Islamic doctrine, death is merely a moment, leading to infinite pleasure for the believing Muslim? If Muhammad admits that death is a disaster as it is, then Muhammad’s promise of Islamic Paradise is a lie. Or if Islamic Paradise is real, as a believing Muslim might insist, then Muhammad lied here. Either way, this shows that Muhammad was a liar, and so these are not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah, and thus, Islam and Islamic doctrine are lies, just as Muhammad’s words are lies in total.

Essentially this passage is about making a will for a dying Muslim bandit, concerning the effects of the deceased and where they should go. Muhammad, of course, didn’t think about those Muslim bandits who were killed immediately in battle or who travelled without making a will. Worse, this passage includes the words of imperfect people, Muslim bandits, or worse (in Muhammad’s opinion), Jews and Christians (see Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 5:106 “meaning the People of the Book“), thus this passage cannot be the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah.

Note that Muhammad tells his Muslims to “swear by Allah”, as the highest standard of swearing. Yet, “Allah” swears in his Koran by lesser things than himself. Or is Allah correct, that those things that he swears upon really are greater than he is?

Muhammad admits: “Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.” Indeed Allah doesn’t guide, full stop. A real god would be able to guide the believers before one of their numbers dies. Unfortunately, by relating the best outcome for the living, Muhammad shows that Allah is unable to do this. This means Allah has no power and is impotent, imaginary, fictional, false and incoherent with reality. Thus Islamic doctrine and Islam are false.

Note the oaths, prescribed for Muslims and Jews and Christians. This means that the Jews and Christians are treated as better witnesses than Muslim bandits, as their testimony is treated as better (see Tafsir Ibn Kathir 5:106 “meaning the People of the Book“) than the testimony of Muslim bandits. But what is worse here, is Muhammad’s implicit admission, that Allah can’t prevent the unfortunate death, can’t inform anyone of the will or bequest, and can’t preserve the will of the dead Muslim despite there being two angels on the shoulders of the dead Muslim recording his deeds and misdeeds (but not his will), and can’t get Muslims to tell the truth. Instead, Muhammad relies upon the Jews and Christians, to tell the truth for Muhammad and his Muslims. This means that Judaism and Christianity are better than Islam as they promote truth-telling, while in Islam, lying is permitted. This means that Allah is impotent, and thus incoherent, imaginary, fictional and false. This means Islamic doctrine and Islam are false.

Muhammad prescribed an oath: “Our testimony is truer than their testimony”. What if the first testimony is true as well? What can be truer than true, unless it’s a lie? This means that Muhammad doesn’t have access to absolute truth, thus Muhammad doesn’t have access to a god full of truth, thus Allah is a lie, incoherent with reality, imaginary and fictional, a false god, meaning that Islamic doctrine and Islam are false.

Muhammad admits to these refutations with: “That is more likely that they will”. Muhammad reveals to all that he is uncertain. Thus he shows he is not linked to a god full of truth. Muhammad is working with probabilities, not with certainties, thus Islamic Fate is refuted, and thus Islam is false. Thus Muhammad is a false prophet, not a messenger, Muhammad is a liar. Thus Islamic doctrine, Islam and Allah are false.

Worse of all this passage doesn’t allow for the progress of technology. It was created by Muhammad, assuming that Muslims would all be illiterate, couldn’t write, were too stupid to think ahead and prepare, and would have no doctors, despite there being doctors in the ancient world for the rich, for thousands of years. As the picture show, medical treatment to prevent, stop and alleviate causes of death are available, and cheap and readily available writing methods, paper, pencil, pen, notebook PC, voice recorder, etc are also available to the sick to write their bequest or will. They’re also available beforehand in case of danger, and of course, most Islamic countries are able to educate at least some of their Muslim population to read and write and use Western writing tools, audio and video recorders and cameras. Muhammad’s inability to prophecy these changes of circumstances shows he’s a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, of a false doctrine and false religion, Islam. Even today, Muslim martyr bombers who record their intent with cheap and readily available video cameras and audio microphones show their power over Muhammad, Islam and Allah, by simply recording their evil intents and desires.

Muhammad’s mistakes in creating this passage show that Muhammad and his friends created Muhammad’s recitation, Muhammad’s Koran. This passage doesn’t come from the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus we know that the best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
