Koran 5:45

And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution.

But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him.

And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the wrongdoers.

Koran 5:45

Muhammad commits shirk with: “We”, “Us” or “Our”, placing Allah as a companion to himself, showing that Allah is incoherent, imaginary, and fictional, and so Islam is incoherent with monotheism, thus Islam is contradictory and false.

Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.

Muhammad lied: “We ordained for them [Jews]”. Allah didn’t ordain this at all. Neither did Muhammad. Worse, Muhammad gets this phrase: “a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth” wrong. Here’s the passage Muhammad is referring to in Torah Shemot Exodus 21:23-25 and NIV Exodus 21:12-27, which he doesn’t understand:

23 But if there is a fatality, you shall give a life for a life,

24 an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a hand for a hand, a foot for a foot,

25 a burn for a burn, a wound for a wound, a bruise for a bruise.

Torah Shemot Exodus 21:23-25

The fact that Muhammad gets this wrong, shows that he was unable to remember correctly what people told him of this passage of the Torah, that he didn’t know from Allah what was in Torah or Bible, and worse, Muhammad didn’t know about the laws before and after this passage. And far worse, note that in earlier verses of Muhammad’s recitation, his Koran, that the punishment for theft is not restitution but amputation, an amputated hand for mere theft, in Koran 5:38-40. This shows that Allah is ignorant and thus incoherent, false, imaginary and fictional. So Islamic doctrine is incoherent and false, so Islam is false.

Muhammad created this passage, referring to his time and place, his context, as Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 5:45 reveals:

They [Jews of Bani An-Nadir] used to apply this ruling when a person from Bani An-Nadir was killed by a Qurayzah [Muhammad’s tribe that cast him out] person, but this was not the case when the opposite occurred.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 5:45

This limitation of referring to Muhammad’s time and place, his context, as revealed by Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 5:45, shows that this verse comes from Muhammad not from Allah. Thus Allah is proven false, and Islam is false.

Muhammad condemns himself with: “And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the wrongdoers.” Muhammad does not judge by what Allah has revealed (which is nothing) so Muhammad is the wrongdoer here, and note that Allah doesn’t correct Muhammad. Thus Allah is proven false, Islamic doctrine is contradictory and false, and Islam is false. So the best replacement for this verse is: “”, the empty sentence.
