Koran 4:101

And when you travel throughout the land, there is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer, [especially] if you fear that those who disbelieve may disrupt [or attack] you.

Indeed, the disbelievers are ever to you a clear enemy.

Koran 4:101

Note that Muhammad was referring to his own time and place, his context, where innocent people were defending themselves against the attacks of evil Muslim bandits, directed by Muhammad, who assaulted and murdered innocent people, even if they were Muslims. Muhammad was afraid that his Muslims would be killed in revenge for their evil attacks against innocent people and wanted them to avoid being at the mercy of enraged people seeking revenge against the evil Muslims.

In this time of human rights, where freedom of religion is practised in the west, even the disbelievers protect Muslims at prayer. Note the below picture, where Christians protect Muslims at prayer from the evil attacks of OTHER Muslims:

In the west, we have human rights, and one of those rights is:

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Note that these rights apply to Muslims in the west, despite their implicit denial by Muhammad in his evil theology of evil Islam and their suppression in EVERY Islamic country. As such the best replacement for this verse is: “”, the empty sentence.
