Koran 4:77-79

4:77 Have you not seen those who were told, “Restrain your hands [from fighting] and establish prayer and give zakah”?

But then when fighting was ordained for them, at once a party of them feared men as they fear Allah or with [even] greater fear.

They said, “Our Lord, why have You decreed upon us fighting? If only You had postponed [it for] us for a short time.”

Say, “The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is better for he who fears Allah. And injustice will not be done to you, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].”

78 Wherever you may be, death will overtake you, even if you should be within towers of lofty construction.

But if good comes to them, they say, “This is from Allah”;

and if evil befalls them, they say, “This is from you.”

Say, “All [things] are from Allah.”

So what is [the matter] with those people that they can hardly understand any statement?

79 What comes to you of good is from Allah, but what comes to you of evil, [O man], is from yourself.

And We have sent you, [O Muhammad], to the people as a messenger, and sufficient is Allah as Witness.

Koran 4:77-79

Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.

Muhammad puts imperfect words in the imperfect mouths of an imaginary and fictional group of imperfect Muslims: “Restrain your hands [from fighting] and establish prayer and give zakah”. These imperfect words contradict the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah.

Muhammad’s frightened Muslims pray to “Our Lord” and Allah inside Muhammad answers with “Say”.

Muhammad commands himself: “Say”, twice. Thus, showing that this passage is from Muhammad, not Allah. Note that we shouldn’t obey these commands as they’re for Muhammad, not for us, and even Muhammad disobeys his own commands.

Muhammad commits shirk: “We have sent you”. This is Muhammad placing Allah beside himself as a companion, showing that Allah is imaginary, fictional and incoherent with Islam, and thus Islam is false and nonsensical. Muhammad is claiming he’s divine here, a great sin.

According to Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 4:77, these passages were about the:

…command to fight was not revealed in Makkah. Later on when the Muslims controlled a town of their own, Al-Madinah, and had strength, power and support, Jihad was then legislated.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 4:77

In other words, the city of Mecca was not oppressive, it was a peaceful city that allowed people to believe as they wished:

In the beginning of Islam, Muslims in Makkah were commanded to perform the prayer and pay some charity, so as to comfort the poor among them. They were also commanded to be forgiving and forbearing with the idolators and to observe patience with them at the time.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 4:77
Al Lat, Al Uzza, Lion, Allah (Al Lah, Hubaal, Baal and Sin) and Manat, with the Sun goddess in the background arch

The obvious solution was for Muslims in Mecca to depart peacefully and move to Medina with their fellow Muslims, that way they could all peacefully practise Islam amongst the dead bodies of all the Jews they had killed, served by the enslaved Jewish women and children in the city of Medina. But no, Muhammad wanted to capture Mecca and have the Kaaba, the house filled with the idols of Allah, his wife, their three daughters, a pet lion, surrounded by 360 idols, and filled with icons for many tolerant peaceful religions, and to kill ALL the peaceful people, take their wealth and treasure, enslave women and children, as well as kill peaceful Muslims too.

The letter “P” in “ISLAM” stands for PEACE, you bigot.

Obviously, for Islam, the religion of “peace”, to command WAR is incoherent and contradictory, thus the best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
