Koran 2:124

And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham was tried by his Lord with commands and he fulfilled them.

[Allah] said, “Indeed, I will make you a leader for the people.”

[Abraham] said, “And of my descendants?”

[Allah] said, “My covenant does not include the wrongdoers.”

Koran 2:124

Notice the additions the translators added:

  1. [mention, O Muhammad];
  2. [Allah];
  3. [Abraham];
  4. [Allah].

This verse requires Muslims to read the Torah, which requires the Torah to be correct, to understand this passage. As this verse is dependent upon the Torah, the Torah must be correct, as the correct verses of the Torah are not included here. Thus, the Islamic doctrine that the Torah and the Bible are corrupt is contradicted by the words of Muhammad here, which rely upon the Torah and the Old Testament to be correct and complete. Basically, Muhammad badly summarises the story of Abraham and gets it wrong, showing he’s a liar and stupid as well. See also: The Lord’s Covenant with Abram.

Notice as well that Muhammad has “his Lord” instead of “Allah”. This shows that Muhammad was referring to YHWH/GOD and not Allah. This shows that YHWH/GOD is not Allah.

The best replacement for this verse is: “”, the empty sentence.
