Koran 2:75-77

2:75 Do you covet [the hope, O believers], that they would believe for you while a party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort the Torah after they had understood it while they were knowing?

76 And when they meet those who believe, they say, “We have believed”;

but when they are alone with one another, they say, “Do you talk to them about what Allah has revealed to you so they can argue with you about it before your Lord?”

Then will you not reason?

77 But do they not know that Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare?

Koran 2:75-77

Note the contradiction in the text “your Lord” and “Allah”. Muhammad knows that his god, his puppet, Allah, is his creation and thus is different from YHWH (Lord) of the Israelites and Jews. Muhammad tries to excuse this by referring to the Jewish Oral Law, what is now the Talmud, and claiming this is a corruption of Torah. The Talmud (oral law) is a collection of rabbinical thoughts and decisions through the ages that essentially reform the 600+ Mosiac laws to better cope with culture at the then-current time. The Talmud is in addition to the Torah, not a replacement, not a corruption. A skilled rabbi can confirm that the Torah flows into the Talmud.

The picture of the Talmud collection above comes from Talmud, Wikipedia. Note the size of it:

The entire Talmud consists of 63 tractates, and in standard print is over 6,200 pages long. It is written in Mishnaic Hebrew and Jewish Babylonian Aramaic and contains the teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis (dating from before the Common Era through to the fifth century) on a variety of subjects, including halakhaJewish ethics, philosophy, customs, history, lore and many other topics. The Talmud is the basis for all codes of Jewish law, and is widely quoted in rabbinic literature.

Contrary to Muhammad’s assertion, the Jews do not conceal or corrupt the Torah. Instead, the Talmud is essentially the first reformation of Judaism. For more about the Talmud, read for yourself here: What Is the Talmud? Definition and Comprehensive Guide, Chabad.org.

For more about the Talmud and how it was misused by some Christians to produce hatred against Jews, see: Chilling Testimonies: How Christians Distorted the Talmud to Harm the Jews.

As we know that is about the Jewish tribes in Saudi Arabia, we know this passage is from Muhammad’s context, and thus is automatically false, as we remember that Allah should be free of any context. Thus we know that Muhammad is a liar, ignorant and stupid, that Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, that Islam is false, and that Islamic doctrine is false.

Worse still for Muhammad, assume he’s right. Then obviously the best way to show that the Torah and Talmud are corrupted is to include a perfect Torah and Talmud in Koran and have Allah destroy the false Torah and Talmud. As these things aren’t done, either Allah is false, or Allah agrees that Torah, Talmud, and Bible are perfect and correct.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
