Testimony of Moutaz

My name is Moutaz, my Youtube channel is The Golden Crusade, and this is my story.

I was an ex-Muslim for ten years from 15 to 25, because of the evil teachings of Muhammad in his Koran. Because of the Islamic society that I lived in, I was very suicidal. I was considering committing suicide.

I went to a sheik for an exorcism. That didn’t work of course. So I indulged myself with video games, unhealthy food and porn.

Then I realised I had to change. I thought reading a self-help book is going to help me. Doing meditation. Working out. I had to take anti-depressant medication and go to a therapist. Nothing works!

I couldn’t even save myself from myself, so I was like, OK, maybe I should read the Bible and understand what it means about Jesus dying on the cross meant. I sensed that was an issue, why would GOD give his only son to die for the sins of the world?

And the BOOM!! the evidence of his death and resurrection was real! I had to study this for almost 6 months, maybe at the start of 2020. Father Mike Schmitz of Ascension Presents got me interested in Christianity. I was shocked that the man on the cross, was him, it was Jesus, Son of GOD! Immediately, I became a Christian, by actually believing in him. I have never been happier than that ever before!

I just hope and pray and work hard to save money, move to a Christian country, to visit any church to be with my Lord and Christian family. So it was a journey for me to become a Christian. That’s how it started. I went from Muslim to ex-Muslim, anti-theist, atheist, agnostic, theist and then Christian.
