There’s nothing relevant in “scripture”, the Torah and Bible, about Ishmael and the Kaaba or Mecca.
Story of Ishmael in Asaṭīr
The Samaritan book Asaṭīr adds:
And after the death of Abraham, Ishmael reigned twenty-seven years;
And all the children of Nebaot ruled for one year in the lifetime of Ishmael;
And for thirty years after his death from the river of Egypt to the river Euphrates; and they built Mecca.

It’s likely that Muhammad and friends expounded upon this mention in the Samaritan book and together with local legends also based on this same book, created the story of Ishmael (and Abraham) in Muhammad’s recitation, his Koran.

2:125 And [mention] when We made the House a place of return for the people and [a place of] security. And take, [O believers], from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer. And We charged Abraham and Ishmael, [saying], “Purify My House for those who perform Tawaf and those who are staying [there] for worship and those who bow and prostrate [in prayer].”
126 And [mention] when Abraham said, “My Lord, make this a secure city and provide its people with fruits – whoever of them believes in Allah and the Last Day.” [ Allah ] said. “And whoever disbelieves – I will grant him enjoyment for a little; then I will force him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched is the destination.”
127 And [mention] when Abraham was raising the foundations of the House and [with him] Ishmael, [saying], “Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing. 128 Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. 129 Our Lord, and send among them a messenger from themselves who will recite to them Your verses and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify them. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”
130 And who would be averse to the religion of Abraham except one who makes a fool of himself. And We had chosen him in this world, and indeed he, in the Hereafter, will be among the righteous.

Note that Tawaf or perambulation (7 times), worship of idols, stone throwing, running between stones 7 times, repetitive bowing, repetitive public ritual prayer and prostration are never part of Judaism or Christianity. These are pagan practices devoted to worship of the year and the months. The 7 times is per the 7 classical planets or “Worlds”, Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Allah is Lord of the Worlds, according to Muhammad. For Muhammad to claim that Abraham and Ishmael created Mecca, and Kaaba and these rituals is incoherent with Abraham and Ishmael being both Hebrew, and Ishmael probably not being Hebrew and definitely not Muslim.
Muhammad admits that the descendants of Ishmael are not the Quraysh: “and send among them a messenger from themselves who will recite to them Your verses”. The descendants of Ishmael stayed in Canaan, ancient Israel. Abraham and Ishmael never travelled to Mecca. Only the story of Ishmael in the Samaritan book Asaṭīr: “they built Mecca.” ever travelled to Mecca and to Muhammad.
Muhammad Name-Dropping
Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, “What will you worship after me?”
They said, “We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac – one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.”

Say, [O believers], “We have believed in Allāh and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants [al-Asbāṭ] and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.”

Or do you say that Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants were Jews or Christians?
Say, “Are you more knowing or is Allāh?” And who is more unjust than one who conceals a testimony he has from Allāh? And Allāh is not unaware of what you do.
Koran 2:140
Say, “We have believed in Allāh and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants [al-Asbāṭ], and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him.”

Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And We revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].

And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot – and all [of them] We preferred over the worlds.

Praise to Allāh, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac.

None of these were practises of Ishmael. According to the Torah and Bible, Ishmael was an “archer” of renown:
20 God was with the boy [Ishmael] as he grew up. He lived in the desert and became an archer.
NIV Genesis 21:20
As you can see, Muhammad simply lied about Ishmael.
Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
