Muslims often demand that people respect Muhammad. Respect is earned, not given. No one can respect Muhammad. He’s dead. Every day we breathe in the air that Muhammad breathed and expel it with zero respect for Muhammad.
How does Muhammad earn respect, when he’s long dead, for 1400 years along with his Muslims and all of his enemies? He, his Muslims and his enemies are all one with the earth, the dust of the desert:

And whatever you have of favor – it is from Allāh.
Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help.
Koran 16:53
But, Infidel, that’s Allah speaking! Allah speaks to Allah “whatever you have… it is from Allāh”? Obviously, this is Muhammad speaking, in his Koran, not Allah the idol:
And whatever you have of favor – it is from Allāh.
Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help.

So do you as a Muslim cry for help from Muhammad? If Muhammad doesn’t even answer and gave you “adversity” in the first place, why “cry for help”?
But, Infidel, it’s Allah that,… gives,… Allah gives you “adversity”? So why respect Allah and Muhammad for this evil act? If you doubt that Allah is Muhammad, then continue to read Muhammad’s words in his Koran:
And whoever disobeys Allāh and His Messenger and transgresses His limits – He will put him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment.

Who imposes the “limits”? Obviously Muhammad, the “Messenger”. Who is also the messenger? Muhammad. Muhammad is Allah.
Obviously what I’m telling you is deserving of me being put “into the Fire”, “to abide eternally” and have a “humiliating punishment” according to Muhammad pretending to be Allah. Yet, I’m alive, Muhammad is dead and the Jews and Christians have no fear of Allah the idol.
He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allāh; but those who turn away – We have not sent you over them as a guardian.

But, Infidel, the “We” is Allah! Are you sure? Obviously the “you” isn’t Muslims and who are the “them”? They’re the ones who realise that Muhammad is pretending to be Allah with “those who turn away [from Muhammad and Allah]”.
Narrated Sa’eed bin Hilal: that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah Al-Ansari said: “One day the Messenger of Allah came out to us and said:
While I was sleeping I had a vision as if Jibra’il was at my feet. One of them said to his companion: “Make a parable for him” so he said: “Listen so that your ears may hear. Hearken so that your heart may understand! The parable of you and your Ummah is but the parable of a king who conquers a land, then he constructs a house in it. Then he places a table-spread in it, then he sends a messenger to call the people to eat from it. Among them are those who answer the call of the messenger, and among them are those who forsake it. So Allah is the king and the land is Islam, and the house is Paradise, and you O Muhammad! You are the Messenger, so whoever responds to you he enters Islam, and whoever enters Islam he enters Paradise, and whoever enters Paradise, he shall eat of what is in it.”

But, Infidel, there’s the promise of Islam! Really? Read carefully, how many are Muhammad?
One of them said to his companion: “Make a parable for him” so he said: “Listen so that your ears may hear.

Which one is Allah in this “vision” of Muhammad? Is it Allah? Who tells Jibril? Who tells Muhammad? And why isn’t this promise in the Koran, the supposed words of Allah? Is the Koran corrupt?
As for the promise of Islam, is Muhammad enjoying the meal?
This is where Islam leads as shown by the example of Muhammad.
Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
But, Infidel, we have to obey Muhammad as Allah! What happened to me?
Do not make [your] calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the call of one of you to another.
Already Allāh knows those of you who slip away, concealed by others.
So let those beware who dissent from his [i.e., the Prophet’s] order, lest fitnah strike them or a painful punishment.

I haven’t suffered a “fitnah strike” or a “painful punishment”. Allah’s promise is false.
