Respect is earned, not given. What has Allah done for me?
But, Infidel, Allah has created you! My parents created me, not Allah. This process:

But, Infidel, Allah has created this world for you! Yet, Muhammad in his Koran shows that Allah created a flat earth and sky, which is unlike our round Earth in space:

But, Infidel, Allah is one! So? One idol remains one idol:

But, Infidel, this life was given to you by Allah! No, Muhammad calls this life a delusion.

Life is an illusion? A delusion?
But, Infidel, Allah makes our food! Farmers and herders do this.

But, Infidel, we are made to glorify Allah! Angels do the job better, 24×7, and they don’t need sleep or weekends off:
18 To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth.
And those near Him [i.e., the angels] are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, nor do they tire.
20 They exalt [Him] night and day [and] do not slacken.
Koran 21:19-20
So making humans do this job is a poor decision on the part of Allah, deserving derision, not praise and glorification. Prayer in Islam is actually about glorifying Muhammad:

But, Infidel, Islam is good and true! What’s good and true in Islam?
But, Infidel,… um,… er,… Exactly. There’s nothing good or true in Islam.
Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
