Obesity
Later in his life, Muhammad was known to be obese. He ate to excess, showing his hunger (a symptom of diabetes). He drank to excess, showing his excessive thirst.
Drunkard
Muhammad’s general managed to force Muhammad into forbidding alcohol in Islam, despite initially praising alcohol as a benefit and virtue, a proof of Allah.
Cold Feet
He then came and sat down between her and me, and I felt the coldness of his foot on my belly.

Cold feet are typical for a diabetic; diabetes causes poor circulation in the extremities, feet and later, hands.
Sweet Urine
Frequent urination and urination at night are signs of diabetes.
One night, the Prophet woke up and urinated in a bowl. During that night, I woke up in a state of thirst so I drank whatever was in the bowl without realizing [that it was urine]
Urine of Prophet Is Impure
The “scholars” there claim: “What proves that this narration is weak is that urine is usually known by its unpleasant smell, so it is very unlikely that a person would drink it while thinking that it is water.” Muhammad was diabetic – his urine smelled and tasted sweet, like wine. This is one of the tests for diabetes: sweet urine. You can guess how it was tested before the advent of modern scientific testing methods, and how they knew that diabetic urine was sweet.
the Prophet had a wooden bowl in which He used to urinate and was placed under His bed. One night, He searched for it but did not find it and asked for it saying, ‘where is the bowl?’ The members of the house replied ‘Umm Salamah’s slave girl Barrah drank from it’ who came from Habashah with her. The Prophet replied, ‘surely she has protected herself from the fire with a great wall’’
Purity and cure in the Prophet’s Urine
Cataracts
Muhammad’s father, Waraqa, was going blind and then died. These would be diabetic cataracts.
Muhammad went blind and needed a slave girl to guide him around – diabetic cataracts. As Muhammad had no miracles, he couldn’t cure blindness. Instead, he was known for making people blind.
Impotence
Impotence is a sign of diabetes. Muhammad, while having the strength of 30 men sexually, had little children with his 9-11 wives. He was likely to have also been a cuckold and was sterile because of STDs.
Diabetes
Muhammad’s diabetes shows that he wasn’t guided by a real god, and he didn’t know that he had diabetes.
Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
