In the Koran, Muhammad mentions a Great Affliction. Is this a disease, like a STD, warts or smallpox?

Perhaps it is a case of gout or being lame? Or is it something else?

Let’s see from Muhammad’s Koran.
Noah’s Affliction

And [mention] Noah, when he called [to Allāh] before [that time], so We responded to him and saved him and his family from the great affliction [i.e., the flood].
Koran 21:76
37:75 And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders.
76 And We saved him and his family from the great affliction.
77 And We made his descendants those remaining [on the earth]
Koran 37:75-77
And it sailed with them through waves like mountains, and Noah called to his son who was apart [from them], “O my son, come aboard with us and be not with the disbelievers.”
Koran 11:42
Muhammad, pretending to be Noah, tells his adopted son to be a Muslim. He refuses.
11:45 And Noah called to his Lord and said, “My Lord, indeed my son is of my family; and indeed, Your promise is true; and You are the most just of judges!”
46 He said, “O Noah, indeed he is not of your family; indeed, he is [one whose] work was other than righteous, so ask Me not for that about which you have no knowledge. Indeed, I advise you, lest you be among the ignorant.”
Koran 11:45
Muhammad, pretending to be Allah and Noah, abandons his adopted son. Later, Muhammad abolishes adoption.
And He has not made your claimed [i.e., adopted] sons your [true] sons.
That is [merely] your saying by your mouths, but Allāh says the truth, and He guides to the [right] way.
Excerpt, Koran 33:4
Moses’ Affliction

37:114 And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron.
115 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 116 And We supported them so it was they who overcame.
Koran 37:114-116
Job’s Affliction

21:84 And [mention] Job, when he called to his Lord, “Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the most merciful of the merciful.”
85 So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity.
And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers [of Allāh].
Koran 21:84-85
Abraham’s Affliction

37:106 Indeed, this was the clear trial. 107 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 108 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations:
Koran 37:106-108
Zechariah’s Affliction

3:38 At that, Zechariah called upon his Lord, saying, “My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.”
39 So the angels called him while he was standing in prayer in the chamber, “Indeed, Allāh gives you good tidings of John, confirming a word from Allāh and [who will be] honorable, abstaining [from women], and a prophet from among the righteous.”
Koran 3:38-39
Mary’s Affliction

He said, “I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy [i.e., son].”
Koran 19:19

Affliction of Muslims

And [recall] when We saved you [i.e., your forefathers] from the people of Pharaoh, who afflicted you with the worst torment, slaughtering your [newborn] sons and keeping your females alive.
And in that was a great trial from your Lord.
Koran 2:49
Has it not become clear to those who inherited the earth after its [previous] people that if We willed, We could afflict them for their sins?
But We seal over their hearts so they do not hear.
Koran 7:100
And [recall, O Children of Israel], when We saved you from the people of Pharaoh, [who were] afflicting you with the worst torment – killing your sons and keeping your women alive.
And in that was a great trial from your Lord.
Koran 7:141
And [recall, O Children of Israel], when Moses said to his people, “Remember the favor of Allāh upon you when He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with the worst torment and were slaughtering your [newborn] sons and keeping your females alive.
And in that was a great trial from your Lord.
Koran 14:6
Pharaoh the Afflicter

And the eminent among the people of Pharaoh said, “Will you leave Moses and his people to cause corruption in the land and abandon you and your gods?”
[Pharaoh] said, “We will kill their sons and keep their women alive; and indeed, we are subjugators over them.”
Koran 7:127
Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people into factions, oppressing a sector among them, slaughtering their [newborn] sons and keeping their females alive.
Indeed, he was of the corrupters.
Koran 28:4
And when he brought them the truth from Us, they said, “Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive.”
But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error.
Koran 40:25
Muhammad’s Affliction

…underneath which rivers flow…
But he is afflicted with old age and has weak [i.e., immature] offspring,…
Excerpt, Koran 2:266
And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] had left weak offspring behind and feared for them.
So let them fear Allāh and speak words of appropriate justice.
Koran 4:9
And those who say, “Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us a leader [i.e., example] for the righteous.”
Koran 25:74
Muhammad’s prayer with gaps for grieving: “Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and,.. offspring – comfort to our eyes and make us a leader [i.e., example] for the righteous.”

Muhammad’s Whining

And they attribute to Allāh daughters – exalted is He – and for them is what they desire [i.e., sons].
Koran 16:57
Then, has your Lord chosen you for [having] sons and taken [i.e., adopted] from among the angels daughters?
Indeed, you say a grave saying.
Koran 17:40
So inquire of them, [O Muḥammad], “Does your Lord have daughters while they have sons?
Koran 37:149
Has He chosen daughters over sons?
Koran 37:153
Or has He taken, out of what He has created, daughters and chosen you for [having] sons?
Koran 43:16
Or has He daughters while you have sons?
Koran 52:39
Beautified for people is the love of that which they desire – of women and sons, heaped-up sums of gold and silver, fine branded horses, and cattle and tilled land. That is the enjoyment of worldly life, but Allāh has with Him the best return [i.e., Paradise].
Koran 3:14
Muhammad was a false prophet, for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
