And those who do not believe – in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness.
Those are being called from a distant place.
Koran 41:44
And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur’an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Makkah] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt.
A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze.

43:2 By the clear Book, 3 Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur’an that you might understand.

Other Languages
And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and Allāh sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He wills.
And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Koran 14:4
And Solomon inherited David.
He said, “O people, we have been taught the language of birds, and we have been given from all things. Indeed, this is evident bounty.”
Koran 27:16
Solomon and David have been “taught the language of birds”. Yet, there’s no messenger to the birds.
And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors.
Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge.
