Some Muslim apologists point to Allah’s knowledge of the atom to insist that Allah is real, and so Islam is true! Is this, like, for real? Let’s see what Muhammad Allah says in Muhammad’s Koran:
Indeed, Allah does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom’s weight; while if there is a good deed, He multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward.
Koran 4:40
And, [O Muhammad], you are not [engaged] in any matter or recite any of the Qur’an and you [people] do not do any deed except that We are witness over you when you are involved in it. And not absent from your Lord is any [part] of an atom’s weight within the earth or within the heaven or [anything] smaller than that or greater but that it is in a clear register.
Koran 10:61
But those who disbelieve say, “The Hour will not come to us.”
Say, “Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come to you. [Allah is] the Knower of the unseen.”
Not absent from Him is an atom’s weight within the heavens or within the earth or [what is] smaller than that or greater, except that it is in a clear register –
Koran 34:3
Say, [O Muhammad], “Invoke those you claim [as deities] besides Allah.”
They do not possess an atom’s weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have therein any partnership [with Him], nor is there for Him from among them any assistant.
Koran 34:22
So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it,
Koran 99:7
And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.
Koran 99:8
I’ve underlined the phrase: “atom’s weight” for ease of reference.

Wow, mind-blowing! So does this mean that Allah really is real? Well, no. Allah remains false, as we can see from the scholars in Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 4:40-42 and Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 10:61, who make clear that the smallest matter, the “atom’s weight”, is like a mote of dust in a sunbeam:
…the weight of a speck of dust,…
…the weight of a mustard seed or a speck of dust.
…the weight of a speck of dust…
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 4:40-42
Koran 10:61 “…the weight of a speck of dust…”
Scholars: “…not even anything the weight of a speck of dust…”
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 10:61

And if you check the translations above, it’s obvious it’s not about an “atom’s weight” but the smallest possible weight, to be measured on a scale:

But worse, is this, the word that the translators translate to “atom’s weight”, actually, according to the footnote in Koran 10:61, is:
the weight of a small ant
Footnote #1, Koran 10:61

This same footnote is also in Koran 34:3 and Koran 99:7, but not in Koran 4:40, Koran 34:22 and Koran 99:8. Obviously, this is a translation consistency issue. Note that two well-known translators get the word right:
Lo! Allah wrongeth not even of the weight of an ant;
Pickthall, Koran 4:40
Surely God shall not wrong so much as the weight of an ant; and if it be a good deed He will double it, and give from Himself a mighty wage.
Arberry, Koran 4:40
While Yusuf Ali gets the intention correct with “least degree”:
Allah is never unjust in the least degree:
Yusuf Ali, Koran 4:40
As you can see, the Muslim translator here uses a better comparison of “the least degree”, like the lightest thing you can imagine. This is further confirmed in other Koran verses:
Have you not seen those who claim themselves to be pure? Rather, Allah purifies whom He wills, and injustice is not done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].
Koran 4:49
Or have they a share of dominion? Then [if that were so], they would not give the people [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.
Koran 4:53
Say, “The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is better for he who fears Allah. And injustice will not be done to you, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].”
Excerpt, Koran 4:77
And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer – those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.
Koran 4:124
[Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand – those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside the date seed].
Koran 17:71
That is Allah, your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty. And those whom you invoke other than Him do not possess [as much as] the membrane of a date seed.
Excerpt, Koran 35:13

And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.
Koran 21:47
[And Luqman said], “O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.
Koran 31:16
As you can see, Muhammad uses “thread [inside a date seed]”, “speck on a date seed”, “membrane of a date seed” and “mustard seed” as alternatives to “ant” or “least degree”, much like the Egyptian gods tested a believer’s heart in Heaven with a feather:
…to have one’s heart (Ab) weighed in the balance on a golden scale against the white feather of truth.
The Egyptian Afterlife & The Feather of Truth

As you can see, Muhammad inherited this process through several religions, from Ancient Egyptian polytheism. Rooting one’s religion, Islam, in polytheism, shows Islam is incoherent, nonsensical, derived and unoriginal, and thus false.
So, there is no knowledge about the atom, atomic bombs, or even the periodic table. The “atom’s weight” is a speck of dust or “the weight of a small ant” or “the least degree”, and Muhammad is using human-scale comparisons, nothing related to Atomic Theory or atomic bombs or the periodic table.
Thus, you know Allah is Muhammad, Muhammad is Allah, and Islam and the Koran are false. Muhammad was a false prophet for a false god, Allah, for a false religion, Islam, without even a false book, the Koran.
