Allah’s Shin?

What does Allah’s Shin look like?

Allah and his bare shin(s)

Allah’s idol near the Kaaba in Mecca would have looked something like this, clearly showing the bare shine of Allah.

68:42 The Day the shin will be uncovered and they are invited to prostration but the disbelievers will not be able,…

Koran 68:42

This is from this example of Queen Sheba:

She was told, “Enter the palace.”

But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water and uncovered her shins [to wade through].

He said, “Indeed, it is a palace [whose floor is] made smooth with glass.”

She said, “My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allāh, Lord of the worlds.”

Koran 27:44

This is a euphemism for raising the cover of the Kaaba to allow Muhammad to make sacrifices to Allah. This was like the current cover of the current Kaaba here:

Kaaba, Mecca with the black sheet covering the Kaaba.

So a black sheet partially covering the shin of the statue of Allah, which would be lowered or removed, uncovering the shin of Allah, the idol. The “shin” refers to the corners or columns of the Kaaba or the literal legs and shins of the idol of Allah.

Of course, this is all just supposition, based on a statue or frieze of the time, and knowing that the Kaaba had idols around and on it.
