Here’s the Sahih International translation:
21:83 And [mention] Job, when he called to his Lord, “Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the most merciful of the merciful.”
84 So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity.
And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers [of Allāh].

Here’s my improved version:
21:83 Name-dropping.
84 Ask “We” to respond to you and remove an affliction from you, like poverty. Watch as nothing happens.

As I’ve produced a better verse than Muhammad, this shows Muhammad is Allah, Allah is Muhammad, the Koran comes from Muhammad (and friends), and Islam is false.
