35 No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood – 36 [As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account, 37 [From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech.
38 The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.
39 That is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return.
40 Indeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe what his hands have put forth (i.e., the deeds he did in this world, which await him in the Hereafter.) and the disbeliever will say, “Oh, I wish that I were dust!”

This passage is more of Muhammad’s nonsense of Islamic Paradise and Fire. Note the sexism here, with: “full-breasted [companions] of equal age” – what’s for women and children? Muhammad repeats his nonsense as padding, to indulge in his fetish.
Notice Muhammad’s shirk, assigning partners to Allah, who is supposedly one, with:

Who is that “Spirit” who is different from the “angels”? And worse, who is that “one whom the Most Merciful permits” who will say “what is correct”?
But, Infidel, that “Spirit” is Gabriel! I agree.
But, Infidel, since when have you agreed with your Muslim interlocutor? In this case, the Spirit really is Jibril, the “Most Merciful” is Allah, and the “one” is Muhammad. Muhammad, the three in one, Allah, Muhammad and Jibril. This is Muhammad the Mad, revealing himself:
And those “angels”? Muhammad’s companions – all male, Muhammad’s Angels. No, not Charlie’s Angels:
Also note the mind control, Muslims will not speak unless permitted by Muhammad Allah – that’s to allow Muhammad time to process the interactions one at a time. It’s likely that Muhammad had OCD, and couldn’t stand people chattering.
Verse 40 shows that Muhammad is speaking to the Quraysh with his quote:
