38:4 And they wonder that there has come to them a warner [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad] from among themselves.
And the disbelievers say, “This is a magician and a liar. 5 Has he made the gods [only] one God? Indeed, this is a curious thing.”
6 And the eminent among them went forth, [saying], “Continue, and be patient over [the defense of] your gods. Indeed, this is a thing intended. 7 We have not heard of this in the latest religion. This is not but a fabrication. 8 Has the message been revealed to him out of [all of] us?”
Rather, they are in doubt about My message. Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.
9 Or do they have the depositories of the mercy of your Lord, the Exalted in Might, the Bestower?
10 Or is theirs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and what is between them? Then let them ascend through [any] ways of access.
11 [They are but] soldiers [who will be] defeated there among the companies [of disbelievers].
Koran 38:4-11
Muhammad, in his Koran, addresses a sentence, verse, or passage to “Anonymous They”, with “they”, “them”, “he”, “your”, “the people”, and so on, without naming them. For more, read Anonymous They.
Muhammad includes the imperfect words of imperfect others, an interlocutor who is only in Muhammad’s mind, instead of the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. This means that Muhammad’s recitation, Muhammad’s Koran, is not from Allah, which means Allah, Muhammad, Islamic doctrine, Islam, and Koran are incoherent and false.
Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.
Muhammad claims to be from his tribe, not from Allah:
And they wonder that there has come to them a warner [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad] from among themselves.
Excerpt, Koran 38:4
For this verse to be “correct”, then the Quraysh are Allah, which is obviously nonsensical. Also Muhammad doesn’t acknowledge his father as being one of the fathers in the Quraysh tribe.
Muhammad shows that he’s changing polytheism into monotheism, rolling up all the idols into one idol:
“Has he made the gods [only] one God? Indeed, this is a curious thing.”
Excerpt, Koran 38:5
That’s tawheed or “Tawhid”, unifying idols into one idol. This confirms that Allah is an idol, as Muhammad is adding to “Allah” the “one God” in the quote. Of course, none of the idols, including the idol Allah, ever object to this – they’re idols.
There’s a quote from another of Muhammad’s enemies, Eminent:
6 And the eminent among them went forth, [saying], “Continue, and be patient over [the defense of] your gods. Indeed, this is a thing intended. 7 We have not heard of this in the latest religion. This is not but a fabrication. 8 Has the message been revealed to him out of [all of] us?”
Excerpt, Koran 38:4-11
This confirms that Eminent, the Quraysh and Muhammad all worship the same gods, and these gods are idols.
The scholars of Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 38:4, explain this verse:
We have not heard of this from the religion of these later days (meaning Christianity); if this Qur’an were true, the Christians would have told us about it.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 38:4
And one of Muhammad’s enemies, Ibn Jarir, said:
The Tawhid to which Muhammad is calling you is something by which he wishes to gain power over you, and exalt his own position, so that he will have followers among you, but we will not respond.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 38:4
Most informed Christians today will say that Allah, Muhammad, Islam and the Koran are false.
And of course, Muhammad praises Christians for their honesty in his recitation, his Koran, while telling Muslims to lie to defend Islam. The truth doesn’t need lies. A lie needs more lies to protect itself, so you know Islam is a lie and is false.
Muhammad copies the objections of the Quraysh yet is unable to actually answer them. Instead, Muhammad comes up with distractions.
Muhammad’s distraction: “Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.” No one has “tasted” the “punishment” of “My” or Allah, for 1400 years. Muhammad had no punishment, only lies and violence.
Muhammad’s distraction: “Or do they have the depositories”. And neither does Muhammad either. Muhammad couldn’t make it rain, grow fruit or create cattle from nothing. Muhammad demanded more from the Quraysh than he actually had, with no miracles of his own.
Muhammad’s distraction: “Then let them ascend through [any] ways of access.” Muhammad couldn’t do this either. Also, note “ways”. I thought there was only one path to Allah, not many “ways”. What are the “ways” of “access”? This:

Those concentric circles? They’re the “ways of access”. Muhammad thought they were like a Roman amphitheatre, like this one:

In a theatre or amphitheatre, the “heavens” refer to the highest and often the most distant seating areas from the stage. These seats are located in the uppermost parts of the venue and are sometimes called the “gods” or “the gallery.” The term “heavens” is often used in older or more traditional theatres to describe these elevated sections.
AI Explanation
[Pharaoh] said, “If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned.”
Koran 26:29
All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts.
As You Like It (Act 2, Scene 7)

Verse 11 is just a threat, showing Muhammad had nothing but lies and violence, nothing from a real god.
The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
