Koran 21:34-35

21:34 And We did not grant to any man before you eternity [on earth]; so if you die – would they be eternal?

35 Every soul will taste death.

And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.

Koran 21:34-35

Muhammad commits shirk with: “We”, “Us” or “Our”, placing Allah as a companion to himself, showing that Allah is incoherent, imaginary, and fictional, and so Islam is incoherent with monotheism, thus Islam is contradictory and false.

Notice how Muhammad forgets his restating of the crucifixion story of Jesus, earlier:

4:157 And [for] their saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.”

And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.

158 Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.

Koran 4:157-158

According to Muhammad, earlier in his Koran, Jesus wasn’t killed and was instead “raised” to Allah “himself”. So, Jesus hasn’t died, according to Muhammad. Jesus never tasted death. In other words, Jesus is eternal, contradicting Muhammad’s argument in this passage. Thus, according to Muhammad in Koran 4:157-158, Muhammad in Koran 21:34-35 is a liar. These problems with Muhammad’s ad hoc theology show that Islam is incoherent nonsense, lies and false, Allah is imaginary, the Koran is nonsense and lies, and Muhammad was a liar and false prophet.

Soul leaving body

Note that the “soul” in verse 35 refers to a person. This is made clearer by the scholars in Tafsir Ibn Kathir 21:34, where instead of “Every soul” they have “Everyone”:

35 Everyone is going to taste death…

Koran 21:35, Tafsir Ibn Kathir 21:34

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
