Koran 18:27-28

18:27 And recite, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. There is no changer of His words, and never will you find in other than Him a refuge.

28 And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.

Koran 18:27-28

This passage is addressed to Muhammad from Muhammad pretending to be Allah. As such, this means that this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Muhammad, the Koran, Islamic doctrine, and Islam are nonsensical and false.

Notice that Muhammad has changed the prayer times from 3 times daily back to 2 times daily, “morning” and “evening”. Recall earlier in this Koran, chapter 17, that Muhammad specified 3 times daily prayers while contradicting the Night Journey where he bargained Allah down to 5 times daily prayers in the hadith.

This is the Night Journey reference, where 5 times daily prayers are specified from the hadith, but not mentioned here.

Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.

Koran 17:1

This is the change to 3 times daily:

17:78 Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur’an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.

79 And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.

Koran 17:78

This is where the Doctrine of Islam is established by Hadith contradicting the Koran, prayer 5 times daily, contradicting the Islamic Doctrine that Hadith can’t contradict the Koran.

There’s an amusing story of how the call for prayer was created:

However, other Sunni traditions suggest that a companion suggested to Muhammad that they should blow a trumpet or ring a bell in order to alert the Muslims before the time of each prayer. According to the Sunni traditions Muhammad did not accept this suggestion because he did not want to adopt the Jewish or Christian customs. One day, Abdullah ibn Ziyad, a citizen of Yathrib (Medina), came to see Muhammad. Abdullah ibn Ziyad explained to him that while he was half-awake or half-asleep, a man appeared before him in his dream and told him that the human voice ought to be used to call the Muslims to prayer. In addition, the man also taught Abdullah the Adhan along with the manner of saying it. The Sunni historians state that Muhammad was pleased with the idea and adopted it. After adopting the Adhan, Muhammad called Bilal and taught the Adhan to him.

Bilal, Wikipedia

You can see that Muhammad wanted to be different from Jewish and Christian customs of blowing a trumpet (Jews) or ringing a bell (Christians), which is additional proof that Islam is not Abrahamic. In both religions, it’s the Jews and Christians who make the call to prayer, not slaves.

As you can see, Allah’s revelation extended to Abdullah ibn Ziyad in a dream, thus contradicting the Islamic notion of a last prophet or Allah designing Islam, so showing that Islam was ad hoc and not created by a perfect, omniscient, omnipotent god.

Worse, Bilal, though claimed to be free according to Muslim sources, was never freed and was always enslaved to his lazy Muslim masters. In short, the call to prayer is a call to be enslaved. Break free, Muslims!

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
