Say [to them], “If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending.”
And ever has man been stingy.
Koran 17:100
Muhammad Allah commands Muhammad to: “Say” or “Recite”. This means that this passage is addressed to Muhammad, not to all people. Thus, this passage can’t be in the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. As it is addressed to Muhammad, in his time and place, his context, this also means that this passage is locked to Muhammad’s context and can’t be in the context-free, perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah with all its perfect words. Thus, this passage is part of Muhammad’s recitation, Muhammad’s Koran, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are incoherent and false, meaning Allah is incoherent, imaginary, fictional, and false.
The Jews earlier: “Allah’s hand is chained!”
And Muhammad was unable to refute it.
And Allah was unable to refute it either, being a dead, broken stone idol.
The Jews knew that wealth came from hard work and delivering what people needed and wanted. They knew that Allah was false and Muhammad a false prophet.

Allah has no mercy because he’s a dead, broken, stone idol, of no help to anyone.
Even the scholars of the Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 17:100, admit this, too, with:
Allah says to His Messenger: “Tell them, O Muhammad, even if you had authority over the treasures of Allah, you would refrain from spending for fear of exhausting it.”
“This means for fear of poverty,” lest it run out, despite the fact that it can never be exhausted or come to an end. This is because it is part of your nature.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 17:100
Let’s imagine that I was a real prophet of real Allah. I’d use everything in “Allah’s Mercy” to improve the world and the people in it. That’s because I’m a kind and generous person. So why should Allah’s mercy run out? Hmmm? That would imply that Allah is limited, thus showing that Allah is false. So obviously my own character is better than Muhammad, in spending the Mercy of Allah. Thus, showing that Allah is false and Muhammad is false. Muhammad couldn’t spend Mercy, not because he was a miser, but because Allah is a stone idol, and didn’t have any “mercy”, and Muhammad had to lie to avoid people noticing he had no “mercy” and no power, except that of lying to Muslims. Muhammad projects his own miserliness, his hand is chained, thus Allah’s hand is chained, thus Allah is an idol and so Muhammad was a liar.
The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
