Had it been an easy gain and a moderate trip, the hypocrites would have followed you, but distant to them was the journey
And they will swear by Allah, “If we were able, we would have gone forth with you,” destroying themselves [through false oaths], and Allah knows that indeed they are liars.
Koran 9:42
Muhammad spoke about Allah in the third person. This means this passage is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus, Allah is false, imaginary, and fictional, which means Islamic doctrine and Islam are nonsensical and false.
These words: “If we were able, we would have gone forth with you” are better than the words of Allah. Weird that.
Note that the words of an interlocutor, representing Muslim hypocrites, who are reluctant to join the battle of Tabuk, are “quoted” instead of the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus this means that this verse is not in the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. This means that the Koran is not the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. Thus Allah, Islamic doctrine and Islam are incoherent, nonsensical and false, and Muhammad is a delusional liar.
Note that it’s the demon-influenced and demon-possessed scholars of Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 9:42 who made clear this verse better than Muhammad and imaginary Allah could do:
…those who lagged behind and did not join the Prophet for the battle of Tabuk, those who asked the Prophet for permission to remain behind, falsely pretending to have legitimate reasons to do so,…
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 9:42
This also means that this verse is locked to Muhammad’s time and place, Muhammad’s context, thus this verse can’t be in the perfect words of the perfect Qur’an from perfect Allah. So the best replacement for this verse is: “”, the empty sentence.
