Koran 2:30-33

2:30 And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.”

They said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?”

Allah said, “Indeed, I know that which you do not know.”

31 And He taught Adam the names – all of them.

Then He showed them to the angels and said, “Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful.”

32 They said, “Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise.”

33 He said, “O Adam, inform them of their names.”

And when he had informed them of their names, He said, “Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed.

Koran 2:30-33

This is the first of the several repeated stories of Adam (and Eve) in the Koran.

What technology did Allah use here? Did Allah show the animals or their names?

Then He showed them to the angels

Excerpt, Koran 2:30-33

Note the admission that Islamic angels aren’t truthful, they have to be ordered to be truthful:

“Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful.”

Excerpt, Koran 2:30-33

The story of Adam learning “the names”, is simply a bad copy of the story of Genesis 2:19-20 from the Torah and the Bible along with lots of additions by Muhammad:

19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.

NIV Genesis 2:19-20

The “names” is actually what we now call a “dictionary” or “wordbook”. A dictionary compiles words (names) with their meanings:

“definitions, synonyms, word origins, audio pronunciations, example sentences, slang phrases, idioms, word games, legal and medical terms”

Dictionary.com

Worse, Muhammad doesn’t know that the story in Genesis was designed that way by Hebrew priests to allow for Hebrew or human language naming of “livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals” (also plants, people, emotions, nature, landscape, the universe, etc). This is to avoid the need for creating a dictionary in the story of Genesis, with the extreme risk of missing a name and thus being proven false, a creation of mere priests instead of a “revelation” from Moses and YHWH. Of course, a dictionary of Hebrew names and definitions would also need to include pictures of “livestock, the birds in the sky, and all the wild animals” for reference. This would be virtually impossible for scribes to create and copy. Here, for example, is a child’s site showing pictures of animals and their names, and here is an ESL site to teach English names for various animals. Note their huge size compared to the priest’s shortcut: “…whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.”

So how do we know this story is wrong? What was the language of Adam? Was it the language of YHWH? Obviously not as Adam informs YHWH of the names, which the Hebrew people already knew (thus YHWH doesn’t have omniscience). In the Torah, Adam spoke Hebrew, just like God did, like the Hebrews and their scribes did (YHWH doesn’t have omniscience). In the Bible, Adam spoke the same language as the Jews of the time of Jesus, so God also spoke in the same language (ancient Greek). What language did Adam speak and name the animals in the Koran? The same language as Allah, Muhammad, and the tribe he came from, Classical Arabic. As this is contradictory (three different languages, Hebrew, Greek, Arabic), we know that the story of Adam and “the names” is incoherent and false. We know Adam, Eve, and YHWH/God/Allah are incoherent because the one language is three different languages, so Koran is false, so Muhammad is a liar and a false prophet, so Allah is incoherent, fictional and imaginary, and so Islam is incoherent, false, nonsensical and delusional.

But, you might say, aren’t the Torah and Bible already corrupted as per Islamic doctrine? Perhaps Allah really did teach the names to Adam in the same language as Muhammad, who only spoke Classical Arabic? Moses spoke ancient Hebrew. Jesus spoke the common language of the time in Jerusalem, ancient Greek. So how does Adam pass on Classical Arabic to his children, and they corrupt it to ancient Hebrew, and then Jesus corrupts it to the Greek of his time (from the Greeks) along with all the Jews and Romans of his time, with then Muhammad speaking Allah’s language, which he learned not from Allah or Adam, but from his tribe, who spoke Classical Arabic? This is even more outlandish, as his tribe were polytheists, disbelievers, the people Muhammad grew to hate (along with hating Jews and everyone who knew he was a false prophet and liar). Why are Allah and Gabriel speaking in the language (Classical Arabic) of the disbelievers to Muhammad? This is incoherent nonsense and is even worse for the liar Muhammad.

But, you might object, perhaps YHWH/God/Allah spoke in a “divine” language, which Adam and his children and descendants then “forgot” and invented their own languages? Then obviously we all need a dictionary of the divine language in the Torah, Bible, and Koran – but these dictionaries aren’t there. Dictionaries are only possible with modern technology to name our words and their definitions in printed form to standardise our language and slow its alteration over time. Languages change, diverge, and evolve over time adapting to humans, to the many different languages we have today.

YHWH/God/Allah can’t speak our languages. They can only speak in the language of their “prophets”, those liars creating religions to control people. Thus we know gods are false, because they can’t speak, and can’t keep languages from diverging and evolving. Gods are manipulated by language – they are the puppets of their masters, mere mortals. Muhammad speaks Allah “acts”. Islam is false. Religions are false.

But, perhaps you think what I wrote is simply nonsense, all taken care of by a loving Allah and kind Jibril who have already translated this all for Muhammad to speak in Classical Arabic, for his merely human scribe to write down and spread to his companions? While forgetting that Classical Arabic evolved into Arabic, while various Muslim rulers burned their Korans all in order to standardise them so they could maintain rule over their Muslims. Have a look at what the angels tell Allah (Muhammad):

They said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?”

Excerpt, Koran 2:30-33

You know us, humans, causing corruption, shedding blood, being worse than the angels, right? Obviously, the angels, Allah’s creations, know better than Allah (Muhammad) and point this out.

Cain and Abel before one “sheds blood” of the other

Note that Allah (Muhammad) knows he’s wrong and so diverts the conversation into the names, which of course, Muhammad, being lazy, fails to provide. After all, what are the Classical Arabic words for, say, camel, sheep, goat, cow, horse?

C is for Camel, D is for Desert, T is for Tank, W is for West.
C is for Calf, C is for Cow, O is for Ox, W is for Woman.

The best replacement for this passage is: “”, the empty sentence.
