1:6 Guide us to the straight path – 7 The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
Koran 1:6-7
Tsk, tsk. This is a sentence by Muhammad, not by Allah. As Muhammad was poisoned for being a false prophet, we know this is another one of those reasons why.
Note that according to Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 1:7, those “who are astray” are the Christians, and “those who have evoked [Your] anger” are the Jews. In case the link breaks, this is confirmed in Muhammad’s Koran with:
Who are Astray?
Say, “O People of the Scripture, do not exceed limits in your religion beyond the truth and do not follow the inclinations of a people who had gone astray before and misled many and have strayed from the soundness of the way.”
Koran 5:77
Those who have Evoked Anger?
Say, “Shall I inform you of [what is] worse than that as penalty from Allah? [It is that of] those whom Allah has cursed and with whom He became angry and made of them apes and pigs and slaves of ṭāghūt. Those are worse in position and further astray from the sound way.”
Koran 5:60
If you started reading Muhammad’s Koran from chapter 1, how would you have known about this? To have this “explained”, badly, 4 chapters later? And of course, this is obvious hate speech, direct from Muhammad, often repeated by Muslims who direct hate at Jews.
Note that the translator has added “[Your]” to the text to hide the fact that it’s Muhammad’s anger that is evoked.
But, infidel, it’s Allah’s anger at the evil Jews! No, it’s not. The text is written in the second person and comes from Muhammad, thus it’s Muhammad’s anger. Or his scribe.
But, infidel, it doesn’t come from Muhammad’s scribe! The scribe wrote what Muhammad recited, confirming it’s from Muhammad.
And besides, what real god needs a merely human scribe when it has an illiterate prophet who doesn’t want his words recorded?
So woe to those who write the “scripture” with their own hands, then say, “This is from Allah,” in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.
Koran 2:79

Path(s)
How many paths does Muhammad describe in this passage?
Infidel, that’s easy, just one, Allah’s perfect path! And the path of “those who have evoked anger” makes two and the path “of those who are astray” makes three.
But, but, infidel, those are the wrong paths! So three paths, which contradicts Islamic doctrine of Fate, there being only one path. Now consider the path of the polytheist Quraysh, those who worshipped, besides, Allah or Al Lah, Baal, Sin, the moon god, the other idols, Al Lat, Al Uzza, and Manat? As well as, at the least, respecting the 360 idols around the Kaaba in Mecca? Where’s their fourth path?

But, infidel, the Quraysh are no more and are no longer on a path! Indeed. Now consider the Sabaeans and Magians (Zoroastrians). All on separate paths, all allowed by Muhammad to go to Islamic Paradise.
Here’s a replacement verse that the perfect Allah could write far better than me:
Are you on the right path? When you walk the path of life, think ahead and choose the path in accord with reality, your’s and other’s rights and with moral virtues in mind.
Pretend Perfect Allah
But infidel, that has only one path! How can that be, when you are where you are and I am where I am? Is there only one path between us?

As Allah is imaginary, as I’ve shown, the best replacement for this passage is “”, the empty sentence.
